What is the Format of Stress Reduction Training?
We offer a variety of different formats to suit your needs and time constraints:
- Eight-week evening courses in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
- Occasional weekend introductory workshops.
- Five-week lunchtime courses in downtown San Francisco.
- Workplace lunchtime courses (usually 4 or 5 weeks). If you want a stress reduction course at work, let your HR or EAP contact at work know, or give us their contact information.
- Introductory seminars, as well as individual consultation.
- We are looking into offering online classes – if you’re interested, let us know.

Hi there
I signed up for orientation on Sept 21 and would like to do the orientation prior to paying for the entire course
Am I safe waiting until the orientation before I pay for the full course ie do you envisage a spot being available if I hold out til then?

Hi Erika, Sorry, we just had our last workshop for this year yesterday! Yes, I will put you on our monthly email list. The downtown course is likely to be Thursdays starting January 27.
